We are happy to offer families and/or caregivers of special needs children a discount on Rainbow Baby Wagons and accessories. This discount is exclusively created to make day to day outings physically, mentally, and/or socially easier for the rider and is meant to be utilized for kids with special needs.
To qualify, a certificate, license, or medical practitioner must determine that the child will benefit from the use of a Rainbow Baby Wagon. We do not determine if the family or patient is eligible for the discount.

Once the medical form has been completed, you can use the form below to submit. Rainbow Baby will get back to you with your exclusive code. This exclusive code can only be used on the Rainbow Baby website at time of purchase.
Foster Family Discount
